Bihar: 7 Special Intra-State Trains To Be Run From Sept 4 To 15 For JEE, NEET, NDA Aspirants; Check List Here
Before Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha had announced free transport services for students who are appearing for the JEE (Main) exam that began on Tuesday.

On Monday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan had announced that, in view of the Coronavirus situation, he has given orders to arrange free transport service for students appearing in the JEE & NEET exams from the district headquarters. A guardian with each student, especially girls, will also be given free pick and drop service, he added. Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal had also released a statement where in supporting students appearing for NEET & JEE exams, Railways has permitted them, and their guardians to travel by special suburban services in Mumbai on exam days. General passengers have been requested to not commute. Earlier, on August 28, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik directed the officials in the state to arrange free transport & accommodation for JEE & NEET exam candidates. As per the order, transport facilities from district headquarters to the exam centre have been provided free of cost. Candidates have been requested to contact nodal officers for the same. After many debates and pleas for postponement, the JEE (Main) exam was held all over the nation on Tuesday. Secretary of Higher Education Amit Khare stated that the exam was carried out smoothly following the necessary coronavirus precautions. "JEE Exam was conducted smoothly all over the country. I would like to thank all the state governments and officials of the National Testing Agency for the smooth conduct of the examination,": Amit Khare, Secretary of Higher Education said on Tuesday.
