Delhi on Saturday recorded a minimum temperature of 20.1 degree Celsius, four notches below the normal, according to the India Meteorological Department, as reported by the news agency PTI. The rainfall witnessed at Lodhi Road (119.5 mm), Ridge (114.2 mm), and Ayanagar (113.4 mm) is at least 220 percent over average. An AQI between zero and 50 is considered ''good'', 51 and 100 ''satisfactory'', 101 and 200 ''moderate'', 201 and 300 ''poor'', 301 and 400 ''very poor'', and 401 and 500 ''severe."
