Uttar Pradesh Weather Alert: Hot And Strong Winds Expected In Two Days As Temperatures Continue To Soar

Uttar Pradesh weather forecast: Hot winds are likely to blow in most parts of UP after two days, with the windspeed reaching 20-30 kmph.

UP Weather News: The warmer days in Uttar Pradesh are getting hotter. The intensity of the sun is raising the temperature in the state. With the heat increasing and the pressure decreasing, warm & strong winds are expected to start blowing in soon. This could feel like a heatwave.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the spell of hot winds could start in most parts of the state after two days. The wind speed is expected to be 20-30 km per hour.

Dry Weather Today

The IMD said the weather is likely to remain dry in UP today, Tuesday. The weather may also remain clear and sunny on Wednesday. There is no alert of rain or drizzle in the coming week. However, the weather will change from Thursday and the strong hot winds may trouble people.

From March 27, the IMD has issued an alert for winds blowing at a speed of 20-30 km per hour. 

Strong Winds Alert In UP After Two Days

During this time, the weather will remain clear in all districts, including the capital Lucknow, Noida, Ghaziabad, Prayagraj, Ayodhya, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Agra, and the heat will be felt from the sun's rays. Such weather is expected to continue until March 30.

No warning has been issued in the meantime. The maximum temperature may increase by 4-6 degrees Celsius in the next four days. After that, there will be no change.

Meanwhile, the minimum temperature may also increase by 3-4 degrees Celsius.

The effect of heat has started showing in many parts of UP. The maximum temperature in the state has reached between 30 and 36 degrees Celsius. Prayagraj and Ayodhya were the hottest districts in the last 24 hours. Here, the maximum temperature reached 36.0 degrees Celsius.

The highest minimum temperature was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius in Kanpur, Ayodhya, and Shahjahanpur. In the capital, Lucknow, the minimum temperature was recorded at 16 degrees and the maximum temperature at 33.3 degrees Celsius.
