UP: 33-Year-Old Man Dies By Suicide In Hotel In Etawah After Mystery Video Call
A man named Mohit Kumar, 33, was found dead in a hotel room in Etawah. He reportedly made a video call before dying.

A man was found hanging by the ceiling fan in a hotel room in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, on Friday.
According to IANS, the deceased has been identified as Mohit Kumar, 33, who is said to have made a video call before his death. However, the police haven’t revealed who the caller was. The police have seized his phone and laptop for investigation after the incident.

According to the report, Superintendent of Police (SP) Abhay Nath Tripathi said in a press statement that around 9:30 PM on Friday, they received a phone call from Jolly Hotel located on Railway Station Etawah Road.
In the phone call, the hotel said that Mohit Kumar hadn’t come out of his room all day, after check-in into Room No. 101 at 12:05 am the previous night.

After growing concerned, the hotel staff tried to open the room, this is when they found Mohit Kumar hanging from the ceiling and immediately called the police.
Following this, the police took all the details and called the family to inform them about the incident.

In a separate case, a man and a woman were found hanging from a tree in Bighapur village of Bulandshahr district on Tuesday, PTI reported. The deceased have been identified as Manish (25) and Sapna (35).
The police received information after a few villagers informed the police about spotting two bodies hanging from nooses tied to a mango tree in a field.
