Heart Attack Claims Security Guard’s Life; Locked Ambulance Sparks Outrage In Noida Society
Security guard dies of heart attack in Supertech Eco Village 2; locked ambulance delays help. Incident follows recent balcony collapse, raising serious safety concerns.

A tragic incident occurred late Thursday night in the Supertech Eco Village 2 Society located in Greater Noida West. A security guard stationed at Tower B3, identified as Vishnu, suddenly collapsed while on duty and was found unconscious in his seat. Despite the presence of an ambulance within the society premises, it remained locked during the emergency, leading to a critical delay in medical assistance.
Residents passing through the tower late at night noticed the guard lying unconscious and immediately alerted the maintenance team. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and later referred to another facility, where doctors pronounced him dead. The cause of death was confirmed as a heart attack.
Residents expressed anger over the delay, claiming that the society has a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a private hospital to keep an ambulance stationed within the premises for emergencies. However, at the time of the incident, the ambulance was locked, which forced them to call for another from outside — causing a significant delay that may have cost the guard his life.
Azim from the maintenance team confirmed that the guard died of a heart attack and stated that immediate action was taken once the team was notified. Shockingly, after the incident, the ambulance staff reportedly disappeared from the premises, raising further concerns among residents.
Shockingly, this is not the first time the society has made it to the news. Just days earlier, a family in the same Supertech Eco Village 2 narrowly escaped injury when the balcony gate and window of their flat collapsed during strong winds and heavy rain. While no one was hurt, the incident raised serious concerns about construction quality and ongoing maintenance.
