Clashes Erupt During Holi Celebrations in Greater Noida West: Videos Surface

Clashes were reported in Greater Noida during Holi celebrations. Videos of fights among youngsters went viral on social media.

Few incidents of clashes were shared by individuals on social media from areas of Greater Noida. A video of a fight between several youngsters is going viral. In a post on X, a user named Kunal Gautam shared a video and asked the Uttar Pradesh administration how such incidents could take place in the society of Greater Noida West. 

The user has also asked the state administration to take strict action. In the video posted on X, a group of youngsters could be seen fighting among themselves, and after a quick fight, three individuals from the group could be seen boarding a car on the road, and they ran. Meanwhile, the other few individuals could be again seen fighting in the video. The incident from the video could be predicted as from one of the main roads in Greater Noida west.

“Dear UP administration, how come someone does such kind of things in the society of Greater Noida West. Please instruct local police and take strong action against them,” the user posted on X and tagged Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, CEO Noida, and District Magistrate.

Another video was posted by a user named Pravendra Singh on X. A group of individuals could be seen beating a boy on Holi. The incident took place in Avenue-7 society in Gaur Society of Greater Noida.

Holi Gave Answer To Opponents Of Sanatan Dharma

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday said, After the Maha Kumbh, Holi has now given an answer to the opponents of Sanatan Dharma. As per a press statement following his participation in the Holi celebrations and the traditional Rangbhari Shobha Yatra, which started from Ghantaghar, the chief minister showered flowers on the people gathered at the Holi Milan programme held at the Gorakhnath temple.

Speaking at the event, organised at the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan auditorium, CM Yogi said, “Holi is the answer to those who used to question the traditions of Sanatan Dharma. Those who defame Sanatan Dharma and propagate that it is divided in the name of caste, religion, sect, region, language, or backward and forward classes—Holi has given the answer to this propaganda today, after the Maha Kumbh. 

He continued, On Holi, every Indian, every follower of Sanatan Dharma, was hugging each other, applying colours and gulal, and strengthening the Sanatan tradition of India with enthusiasm. This is our biggest strength. After the Maha Kumbh, the festival of Holi has given the message that there is no division among Sanatan followers by showing respect, reverence, and faith toward its tradition and culture.
