As Disha Salian's Father Seeks Fresh Probe Into Her Death, Here's A Timeline Of The Controversial Case
Disha Salian's father has approached the Bombay HC demanding an FIR against Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray and to transfer the investigation regarding her daughter's death to the CBI.

Nearly five years after Disha Salian's death, her father, Satish Salian, filed a petition with the Bombay High Court on Wednesday (March 20) seeking a fresh probe into his daughter's death.
He approached the Bombay High Court demanding an FIR against Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray and to transfer the investigation to the CBI. The plea alleges that Salian, who was the former manager of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, was "brutally raped and murdered." He has alleged a politically orchestrated cover-up to protect certain influential individuals.
The plea also contends that the Mumbai Police concluded Salian's death as a case of suicide or accidental death without considering forensic evidence, circumstantial proof, and eyewitness testimonies.
Disha Salian, a 28-year-old celebrity manager, was found dead after reportedly falling from the 14th floor of a residential building in Mumbai's Malad area. The Mumbai Police had registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) at that time.
Aaditya Thackeray reacted to the claims against him regarding his alleged involvement in orchestrating a smear campaign against him. He slammed the Maharashtra government for "tarnishing his image" and said he would present his case in court.
