Swiggy launches operations in Vadodara, Surat

New Delhi [India], Aug 28 (ANI): Food ordering and delivery platform Swiggy has announced the launch of its operations in Vadodara and Surat, making a successful foray into Gujarat post debut in Ahmedabad last year.

After becoming the go-to food delivery app in Ahmedabad, Swiggy also started its services in Surat. Prior to its launch, 'The Diamond City' had the maximum pre-launch downloads compared to any other city Swiggy has recently launched in.

"After tremendous success in Ahmedabad and an exciting launch in Surat and Vadodara, Swiggy is committed to growing in the state of Gujarat by providing food lovers with the convenience and reliability that we are known for. The response has been very positive, as our customer centric approach has resonated very well with Amdavadis, Suratis and Vadodarites alike. We aim to launch in even more cities in Gujarat in the upcoming months," said Vice President - Marketing Swiggy, Srivats TS.

Swiggy for Food lovers: With over 2100 of the best restaurants in the three cities, Swiggy connects foodies with the widest selection of restaurants. To ensure that consumers have access to their favorite food, Swiggy will deliver from a wider radius of as much as 6 km.

Swiggy for Restaurants: Swiggy provides city restaurants with the tools and technology to reach new customers. In addition to driving order volumes through the platform, partner restaurants can strengthen their delivery services, brand equity, and recall value through the app. (ANI)
