Traffic jam and severe waterlogging in Delhi's Anand Parbat area after rainfall

Torrential rains have hit different parts of the North Capital Region following heavy overcast conditions that had plunged the city into near darkness during the afternoon hours. The rains wrecked havoc in the city as commuters faced a hard time navigating through waterlogged roads and faced traffic congestion.
