Record-breaking snowfall mounts troubles for Spain, Texas

Heavy snowfall blankets Spain, Italy and other countries. Authorities have reported it as one of the most intense snowfall in the last fifty years. 

In Texas, United States, the government has advised its citizens to stay at home and avoid moving on the roads as the weather is expected to get worse in the coming days.
