'Imperialist' China should learn from how history looks at Christopher Columbus
Christopher Columbus was once renowned as an explorer and credited for the 'discovery' of American continent. But today, he is seen as an imperialist and during the George Floyd protests, his statue was uprooted from Richmond, a city in US state of Virginia. These events should be seen as a lesson for China that history does not treat those with imperialist visions well.
