Explained: Why did France 'punish' Google?

France's antitrust watchdog has slapped a hefty fine on Google. Now, the social media platform will have to pay 500 million euro fine as it failed to comply by the regulator's orders. The orders were related to the way of holding talks with France's news publishers over a copyright row. Take a look.
