Within 24 hrs, Congress leader Kapil Sibal changes his statement on CAB

In an exclusive interview to ABP News, Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal said that Citizenship Amendment Bill is not anti-Muslim.
He said, "I am not saying that bill is anti-Muslim. I am asking what the basis of passing CAB is. Why the government is not giving citizenship to Tamil Muslims. Why Christians from other neighboring countries are not getting citizenship."
