Ulhasnagar building mishap: Area sealed | Ground report

At least seven people were reported to have lost their lives after a slab of a residential building collapsed in Thane's Ulhasnagar late Friday night. Thane Municipal Corporation says that the rescue operation is being conducted to save the people trapped in the debris. At the same time, a team will be formed to investigate the main cause behind the accident. A compensation of Rs 5 lakhs have been announced for the families of deceased. The area has now been sealed.
