It has come to light that the murderers of tailor Kanhaiya Lal were associated and made active through a sleeper cell. There are estimated to be nearly 40 people in the sleeper cell. It has been reported that the murder weapon had been purchased in Kanpur, there are many people believed to be involved in this case.
