Twitter has not yet accepted Indian Govt's guidelines over Social media

With  the new guidelines of the central government for social media, there is increasing tension between the government and Twitter. According to the sources of the Ministry of Technology, so far all the major social media platforms have complied as per the rules, but Twitter has not yet done the same according to the rules.
