Snowfall, heavy rainfall bring life in J&K to halt

There has been a decrease in the maximum temperature, while the minimum temperature is increasing continuously. Night temperature is running below 0 degrees in most of the districts of Kashmir. There is a possibility of rain and snowfall from tomorrow. The Meteorological Department has forecast rain and snowfall.
