Second Corona Wave: Single day's record broken in Mumbai

The Corona wave is again intensifying in the country, in which the most worrying situation is that of Maharashtra. Maharashtra contributed 65 per cent of the total cases in the country yesterday. Mumbai only broke it's own record of most Corona cases. Yesterday, the maximum number of 2877 new cases were reported in a single day. Since the beginning of Corona in the last one year, Mumbai has never had so many cases in a single day. There are 10 districts in the country where Corona has the most active cases. 9 of these ten districts are from Maharashtra alone.
