Rains expose CM Nitish Kumar's claim of 'Good Governance'

The Meteorological Department had predicted that Yaas would reach Patna by late Thursday. Patna is witnessing heavy rainfall with strong winds of speed of 30 kmph now and this is expected to intensify. The capital city of Bihar is facing power outages due to the heavy rains.
