Manoj Jha on today's SC order on CAA: Will have to wait for center's response
The Supreme Court on Wednesday gave the Centre four weeks to respond to pleas challenging the validity of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and said it will set up a five-judge Constitution bench to hear the petitions. RJD leader, Manoj Jha, one of the petitioners on CAA said that the Supreme court has given 4 weeks time to the center. We will have to wait for the Center's response.
