On the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, in the presence of PM Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee got angry at the 'Parakram Divas' function in Kolkata. She refused to give a speech at the program. CM said that this is a government program and not a political party program. Humiliation does not suit after inviting someone.
