Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) have targeted the government for violent incidents including misbehaviour with women in Lakhimpur Kheri. Action has started regarding violence in UP block chief election. In the case of misbehavior with a woman in Lakhimpur, CM Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to suspend the CO and the station in-charge. Both the officers have been suspended.
