India is currently grappling with severe natural disasters. In Kerala's Wayanad, a devastating landslide has claimed the lives of hundreds. Meanwhile, the cloudbursts in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand have triggered massive landslides, instilling fear among the residents. Delhi, too, is facing challenges due to waterlogging caused by incessant rain. The heavy rainfall and resulting calamities are putting the nation's resilience to the test. Himachal Pradesh has been experiencing continuous rainfall for the past four days. The relentless downpour has disrupted traffic on more than 190 roads across the state. Most parts of Himachal Pradesh have been affected by the heavy rains, and there is no immediate relief in sight as the local weather department has issued a 'Yellow' alert for heavy rainfall until August 7. In Uttarakhand, the heavy rains have severely disrupted daily life in several areas. The Disaster Management Department has confirmed the death of ten people in various incidents caused by the downpour.
