We need a national level plan to combat corona: Kapil Sibal | Full Interview

At the e-Shikhar Sammelan summit, Kapil Sibal said, "how will we face this epidemic by just clapping and playing the plate? Prime Minister and Home Minister Shah do not come and speak anything. They should come forward and tell the plan. The government did not make any plan. Neither at the national level, nor at the state level, nor at the national level.  People with no symptoms are being tested in all countries. The rules around the world, we should follow accordingly.
