Vikas Dubey encounter: Ujjain cop's viral video raises doubts

Gangster and history-sheeter Vikas Dubey was killed in an encounter by Uttar Pradesh police on Friday, 10 July. The encounter took place on the outskirts of Kanpur while Dubey was being transported from Ujjain, where he was arrested. Now, a video has gone viral where Additional SP of Ujjain Rupesh Dwivedi can be seen saying, "I hope he (Vikas Dubey) doesn't reach (Kanpur)." The video has raised several question marks over the already murky encounter.
