UP ministers visit Haridwar but avoid basic precautions amid Covid crisis

Two Uttar Pradesh ministers Kapil Dev Agarwal & Vijay Kumar Kashyap reached Haridwar amid coronavirus crisis to offer prayers at the Haridwar's temple. But they completely avoided the basic precautions related to coronavirus guidelines. 
A video has gone viral in which these two ministers are seen singing bhajan but wearing mask and social distancing is a far reality for them. Nobody in the video is seen wearing a mask or maintaining social distancing.
