UP Elections Phase 1 Voting: Muradnagar local questions freebies, asks 'Kahan se layenge free'

ABP News was talking to a few elderly voters of Muradnagar who had cast their votes early in the morning. The men said that they had voted for safety and law and order in the city. One of them also questioned the freebies offered by the parties in their manifestoes.

The voting for phase 1 has begun in Uttar Pradesh. Residents will be casting votes on 58 Vidhan Sabha seats today. More than 2 crore voters will be using their Right to Vote today. Ahead of Phase one, PM Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath have appealed to the people to come out of the homes in order to cast votes.
