Understand how poverty has been making Bihar hollow

As per the latest report of NITI Aayog, Bihar has been suffering crippling poverty. The report states that 50 per cent of the state is multi-dimensionally poor. The report has come as Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is celebrating 15 years in power. Take a look at the report to know details.
