Ujjain SP Manoj Kumar Singh talked to ABP news exclusively to talk about the arrest of Vikas Dubey. He said that the arrest of Vikas Dubey was a huge achievement. He also explained about how the arrest of Kanpur encounter culprit was done.

He told how the flower shop owner outside Mahakal temple of Ujjain suspected him of being Dubey. He called the security guards and gave them information. After this, security guards tried to question him, to which he provided false information.
