Temperature at Kargil dips to -27 degree Celsius | Master Stroke 

Today the minimum temperature in Srinagar has reached -6 degrees, and Kargil and Dras are in worse condition. The mercury in Dras has gone down to 28.5 degrees below zero. In Kargil, it has dropped to -27 degree Celsius. The harsh cold in Dras and Kargil has severely affected people's lives. Here, along with the freezing of water in the river drains, heavy snow on the roads has increased the trouble for the people.
