SP’s Iqra Hasan Raises First Question As MP In Lok Sabha, Makes Request To Railway Minister

Samajwadi Party’s MP from Kairana, raised first question as MP in Lok Sabha on July 25. Her question focussed on the local issues and during this she also made a request to Railway Minister. Iqra Choudhary or Iqra Hassan is an Indian politician. She is the member of Lok Sabha from Kairana Lok Sabha constituency since 4 June 2024. She is a member of the Samajwadi Party. Samajwadi Party MP Iqra Hasan from Kairana raised the issue of the railway line connecting Panipat via Kairana to Meerut in Parliament, advocating for the construction of this railway line in the interest of the general public. She also demanded the introduction of a direct train service from Shamli to Vaishno Devi. During her address in the House, MP Iqra Hasan had the opportunity to voice the concerns of her parliamentary constituency, Kairana. She highlighted various railway-related issues affecting the common people and presented them before the government. Speaking in Parliament, Iqra Hasan emphasized that the Panipat via Kairana to Meerut railway route is a long-standing demand of the local population. She asserted that fulfilling this demand would greatly benefit millions of passengers. Additionally, she requested the commencement of direct rail services from Shamli to the High Court of Allahabad and Vaishno Devi. She also drew the Railway Minister's attention to the need for completing the unfinished railway bridges over level crossings at Nannohta and Rampur on the Delhi-Shamli-Saharanpur rail route. She urged the minister to expedite the completion of these projects to provide relief to the public.
