We had a lot of festivals recently and people stayed indoors and celebrated with great simplicity keeping the society in mind. Rules of lockdown were followed. People were obedient and vigilant'', says PM Narendra Modi in Mann Ki Baat. "We are realising today, how difficult are our lives without their services.
