Ready to discuss with farmers with an open mind: Dharmendra Pradhan

''We are ready to have a discussion with the farmers with an open mind. We are not keeping any conditions and want a middle path in this logjam. I don't believe there is any communication gap. There are also a lot of differences in the demands put forward in the beginning of the agitation and today'', says Dharmendra Debendra Pradhan.
