Rajya Sabha polls: Voting begins for 19 seats

The voting has started for the 19 seats of Rajya Sabha in different state legislatures across the country. The people's representative in several states will be casting their vote to elect the new members to the 'House of Elders.' However, the election may have a foregone conclusion with several twists and turns expected in the result, especially in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Manipur. The ballot can be cast till 5 pm. The counting and announcement of results will done today itself.
