Rajnath to inaugurate induction of Su-30 fighter squadron
The induction ceremony of a Su-30 MKI squadron in the southern skies will take place in the presence of Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh at Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu on 20 January. The range of this will be in the Indian ocean region up to Suez Canal. The Tigersharks Squadron of the Indian Air gets ready to induct Sukhoi 30-MKI fighter aircraft equipped with BrahMos missile. The Squadron is located in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu an it will be the new home of Su-30 MKI with the maritime role.
