Earlier, Rahul Gandhi was addressing the Bharat Bachao rally in Ramlila Maidan, Delhi. He said, "My name is Rahul Gandhi and not Rahul Savarkar. I won't apologise. It is PM Narendra Modi who should apologise to the nation. His assistant Amit Shah should apologise."
