Purvanchal Expressway pre-inauguration LIVE report: Security beefed up ahead of PM's visit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating the Purvanchal Expressway today. He will be landing in Sultanpur today at 1.30 pm. PM Modi will be brought in an Air Force C-130J Super Hercules for the launch of the 340-km long Expressway in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be present at the event as well.

The trial runs of the air show were conducted thoroughly on Monday whereas politics intensified as well when Akhilesh Yadav accused the Modi government of taking credit for something that was done by the Samajwadi Party.
