Punjab: Non-essential commodities shops to remain shut on weekends
The Punjab government has issued new guidelines over the opening of shops in the state on weekends. As per these guidelines, the non-essential commodities shops will remain shut on weekends, The shops will remain closed from Saturday 5 pm till Monday morning.
The residents of the state will require e-passes to travel from one district to another.
