Farmers blocked the road in Punjab, stranding Prime Minister Narendra Modi's convoy for about 20 minutes on Wednesday. Ever since the incident has happened, Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders have begun the blamegame. In has also been reported that the Punjab police were already aware of the farmers protest.
