People violate lockdown rules in Surat and Delhi

India’s prime minister ordered all people in the country to stay inside their homes for three weeks starting Wednesday — the biggest and most severe action undertaken anywhere to stop the spread of the coronavirus. People in Surat and Delhi violated the lockdown rules. A crowd immersed to buy the essential commodities. All essential services will continue to function. Any person violating lockdown can be charged under section 188 of IPC.
