Noida woman seeks movement pass to attend husband's cremation

A woman was spotted crying by ABP News outside DM office in Noida. When she was asked about the reason behind it, she stated that her husband had died in Banda, Uttar Pradesh and she was stuck in Noida as she did not have movement pass.
