Nitish Kumar will once again become Bihar's CM: PM Modi

PM Modi while addressing a rally in Bihar for the second phase of elections to be held on November 3 said that the crowd itself is telling what will happen on November 10. NDA will once again form the government in Bihar and Nitish Kumar will be the Chief Minister. 

In the rally, PM Modi has once again attacked Tejashwi Yadav. He said people have to be alert about the "prince of Jungle Raj". "If they get a chance, Bihar will once again come in a dangerous phase," he added.
