Nirbhaya's mother blames government for delay in death penalty

While speaking to ABP News, Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi was understandably a bit upset.
She said that now we do not know when the execution will take place. 

She further said that had the government and jail authority sent notice to convicts in 2017 itself, these culprits would have been hanged already. 

The government will have to answer when it will be hanged, she said after reporters of hanging of convicts were postponed earlier in the day
