Muzzafarnagar: Know why youth burnt half pants

Panchayat was held on Thursday at Mukhtariari Devi Tikait Kanya College of Sisauli. 

Chakhari Naresh Tikait, the national president of Bhakiyu in the panchayat, had called upon the youth to boycott wearing half pants. He had said that the youth roam the market in half pants, which is not socially appropriate.
