MUDA Scam: High Voltage Drama in K’nataka, BJP MLAs Sleep Off In Assembly | ABP News

BJP MLAs staged a night-long protest inside the Karnataka Vidhan Soudha, sleeping in the assembly to demand a discussion on the alleged MUDA scam. After the overnight protest, MLAs were seen exercising outside the Vidhan Soudha. Karnataka BJP MLA Basanagouda R. Patil stated, "This MUDA scam involves Rs 4,000 crore, with significant corruption in land acquisition and plot allotment. We demand that all scams during the Siddaramaiah, BS Yediyurappa, and Basavaraj Bommai governments be exposed. This adjustment politics in Karnataka for the past 10-15 years must end. Our party high command should recognize the damage it has caused to the BJP. We demand Siddaramaiah's resignation and a CBI investigation into the MUDA scam." BJP MLA Mahesh Tenginakai added, "The state government isn't ready for a discussion, indicating they are hiding something. If they continue to avoid debate, our protest will persist. We have never seen such a poor government before."
