MP: People risk their lives while crossing swollen river

In Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara people are risking their lives while crossing swollen river. The locals of Chhindawara are forced to cross a swollen river as no measures have been taken by the administration so far. 

The locals of a village in Chhindawara have taken out their own way to cross the swollen river. They need to cross this swollen river to earn a living for themselves.
