Monsoon Fury: Next 36 hrs critical for Bihar

Heavy rain with thunderstorms and lightning has lashed various parts of Bihar even before the onset of the monsoon in the state. Due to the release of water from a dam & incessant rains, the water level of Kosi, Gandak and Ganga has increased suddenly. Recently, 83 people were killed by lightning in various districts of Bihar.
