Manmohan Singh should have offered resignation: G V L Narasimha Rao

BJP's G V L Narasimha Rao while talking to ABP News on Montek Singh Ahluwalia's claim said that the former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh should have at least offered his resignation letter to the party after Rahul Gandhi tore the ordinance. Rahul's tearing of the ordinance, passed in a democratically elected cabinet was severely criticized. 'The then PM Manmohan Singh was very sad about this whole matter and wanted to resign from his post', claimed Montek Singh Ahluwalia in his book.
