Locust attack: All districts of MP on high alert

Due to the threat of locusts devouring the harvest of farmers, Madhya Pradesh agriculture minister has put administration across all districts on high alert. The officials have been instructed to be ready with sprayers, insecticides, etc in ample amount. The steps are a precautionary measure to contain the damage that may be caused by the swarm of locusts.

Meanwhile, DGCA has said that a locust attack may cause trouble for flight operations as well.
