Lockdown 5.0 is necessary or not? | Public opinion

As the lockdown 4.0 is about to end on May 31, the buzz is about whether the government will announce the next phase of lockdown that is lockdown 5.0 or not? 
Is the implementation of lockdown in the country is needed? 
The rumors were on in this respect from the past few days but MHA rubbished them.
